Christian Zuberbühler has many years of experience in public construction law, employment law and procurement law. He provides advisory services in these fields and also represents his clients before the administrative authorities and courts.

Christian Zuberbühler also advises and represents his clients in criminal proceedings before the Office of the Attorney General and in cases before the cantonal or regional public prosecutors and courts. As a member of the Bar Examination Committee of the Canton of Bern for criminal law and criminal procedure law, he has considerable expertise in these fields.

Christian Zuberbühler’s areas of civil law expertise include construction law, tenancy law, labour law, commercial law and corporate law. In addition to forensic activities in these specialist areas, he advises private individuals and provides legal support to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in their operative activities.

As chairman of the executive board of an industrial enterprise, Christian Zuberbühler has first-hand experience of the needs of SMEs.
