Sridar Paramalingam advises and represents clients in litigation and arbitration procedures.
His practice focuses primarily on sports law, contract and tort law including the international sale of goods (CISG), and criminal law.
Sridar Paramalingam advises private individuals and corporate clients, as well as athletes, agents, sports clubs and federations. In addition to state court litigation, he represents clients before dispute resolution bodies of sports federations and conducts national and international commercial arbitration proceedings, mainly before the Swiss Arbitration Centre and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
Sridar Paramalingam is a member of the Swiss Hang-gliding and Paragliding Association (SHV), the Swiss Underwater Sports Federation (SUSV), Legal Officer of the International Association for the Development of Apnea (AIDA) and Member of the Aero-Club of Switzerland.
