Patrick Lafranchi provides advisory and procedural services primarily in the legal fields of corporate and contract law, financial market law, sports law, inheritance law, liability law and criminal law (white collar crime and medical).

His clients include both private individuals and companies in Switzerland and abroad.

He both acts as an arbitrator and represents parties on domestic and international arbitration tribunals.

Patrick Lafranchi is a member of the Professional Ethics Committee of the Bernese Bar Association.

Besides his legal work, Patrick Lafranchi is a member of the executive board of a number of companies, and in some cases holds the post of chairman.
